In this pivotal role, you will work within our state-of-the-art catheterization labs, providing critical support to our cardiology team in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside top healthcare professionals in a highly collaborative environment, utilizing cutting-edge medical technology to make a significant impact on patient outcomes. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining processes and positioning patients appropriately. Operate and maintain all cath lab equipment including monitoring systems, wires, and catheters. Assist with procedures like angioplasties, implantations of pacemakers, and diagnostic imaging. Monitor patient vital signs and heart rhythm throughout procedures, alerting physicians to any abnormalities. Ensure all lab facilities comply with health, sterilization, and safety standards to maintain a clean work environment. Strong understanding of cath lab equipment and procedure Proficiency in imaging software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or similar Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
