Job Description:
Bethesda of Beresford: Director of Nursing Will be accountable
and responsible for planning, directing, implementing, evaluating
various tasks and activities throughout the day within the nursing
department. Applicants must be able to work within a team, possess
strong leadership skills, and be self-motivated. Applicant must
also have excellent communication and verbal skills relating to
administration: Develop and implement nursing service objectives,
policies, and procedures to maintain a high quality of care amongst
residents. Determines staffing levels and monitors for adequate
provision of nursing care. Oversees administrative functions in
Nursing Department. Develops educational programs within the
nursing department to promote staff development. Maintains an
effective quality assurance program. Abide by State/Federal rules
and regulations. Wage varies on experiences.
