Job Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Rehab TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is hiring a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patients in a rehabilitation setting. The LPN will play a critical role in helping individuals recover from injury, illness, or surgery by delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians. Job Responsibilities Deliver nursing care in accordance with individualized treatment plans. Monitor and record patient progress, reporting changes to the care team. Administer medications and assist with therapeutic procedures. Support patients with daily living activities such as hygiene, feeding, and mobility. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards. Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to promote optimal recovery. Follow safety, infection control, and ethical care practices at all times. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Active LPN license in the state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a rehab or skilled nursing facility. Strong communication, observation, and time management skills.
