Join Our Team at Avera Medical Group Brookings We’re seeking an OB/GYN Physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to moving health forward. What You’ll Do - Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care, including prenatal, delivery, and surgical services - Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure continuity of care - Perform gynecologic procedures with access to advanced technology, including Da Vinci Xi robotic system Practice Highlights - Join a team of 3 OB/GYNs and 1 APP - 4.5-day work week with shared call rotation (1:4) supported by home call and experienced OB nurse triage - 400 annual deliveries, with continued growth expected - 10 OB bed unit with 5 LDRP, 1 triage and up to 4 postpartum rooms - Level II Nursery - Advanced specialty support via telemedicine, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology and ENICU - Da Vinci Xi Surgical Robotics - In-clinic ultrasound and comprehensive women’s health services Qualifications - MD or DO, licensed (or eligible) in South Dakota - Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology - DEA certification (state and federal) Why Avera? - Competitive salary with production incentives - Comprehensive benefits package - Time off available day one - Career development and mentorship opportunities - Low physician turnover - Retirement plan with employer match About Our Clinic & Collaborative Health System Join a team that’s part of the largest medical group between Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Fargo, North Dakota, delivering exceptional care to our community and beyond.
