Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in medical procedures to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in procedural nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Assist physicians during medical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort Prepare patients for procedures including taking medical histories and medication verification Monitor patients' vitals and conditions before, during, and after procedures Administer and manage medications as prescribed Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Participate in training and professional development opportunities Proven proficiency in monitoring and caring for patients within procedural settings Ability to operate specialized medical equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
