Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated Senior Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team at our SF Center. This full-time evening position is designed for a healthcare professional committed to providing exceptional care to underserved populations. The Senior Nursing Assistant will be integral in delivering personalized, patient-centric care, directly contributing to our mission of enhancing holistic health and wellness outcomes. Providing comprehensive patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and medical staff. Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitoring patient health status and recording vital signs. Implementing patient care plans and ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Educating patients and their families on health care and wellness. Ensuring strict compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participating in team meetings and collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in patient care and hygiene standards. Ability to operate medical equipment. Keen observation skills for monitoring patient health. Capability to handle physical tasks and lift patients if necessary. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications preferred.
