Good Samaritan Health Center is currently seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team. This role is critical in our commitment to providing top-quality care and support to underserved communities, where we emphasize holistic health and wellness. As a CMA at our center, you will be directly involved in the administration of medications and daily care of our patients under the supervision of nursing staff. Your knowledge and skills will contribute significantly towards our goals of enhancing patient health outcomes and overall quality of life. Administer oral and topical medications as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Record and manage patient medication dosing and schedules accurately. Monitor patients' conditions and report any significant changes to the nursing staff. Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Provide compassionate care, respecting the dignity and privacy of all patients. Assist in daily living activities and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients. Proficient in medication administration and management. Strong observational skills to detect changes in patient conditions. Able to work effectively under the supervision of healthcare professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to adhere to all hygiene and safety protocols. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
