Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and evaluate customized care plans. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and ongoing care. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and report any pertinent changes in patient condition. Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and protocols.
