We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide vital healthcare services in our Long Term Care (LTC) facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Provide nursing care and support to elderly and disabled patients in a long-term care setting. Monitor patient health status and respond to changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong clinical skills in a long-term care environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN or LPN license in the state of practice. CPR certification. Additional certification in gerontological nursing preferred.
