Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a licensed practical
nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at the SF Center on a
full-time basis during daytime shifts. This role is pivotal in
providing top-notch medical care and support to our underserved
communities. As part of our commitment to holistic health and
wellness, the ideal candidate will deliver compassionate,
patient-centered nursing services within our multidisciplinary
team, ensuring effective treatment plans and health outcomes are
achieved. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with
established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare
organization. Implement patient care plans collaboratively with
team members, including physicians and other health care providers.
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on data
obtained. Administer medications precisely and in a timely manner.
Communicate with patients and their families to inform them of the
patient's condition and ongoing care requirements. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in maintaining
accurate and detailed reports Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment Competence in performing standard clinical
procedures for patient care (i.e., blood pressure measurements,
ECG, injections, etc.) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
license in the state of practice CPR certification recommended
