Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Your role will be crucial in administering medications, monitoring patient health, and providing detailed patient care under the guidance of registered nurses and doctors. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations or treatments Collect samples for laboratory testing as required Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits Utilize electronic health records to document patient information accurately and completely Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in administering medications and providing treatments Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentations Excellent organizational skills Capacity to work under pressure and make decisions quickly Experience in electronic health records systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of practice CPR certified
