Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated Restorative
Nursing Aide (RNA) to join our team at the SF Center. This
full-time day position is pivotal in providing holistic and
comprehensive nursing care services to engage and assist our
patients, particularly those in underserved communities. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a commitment to
improving the health and wellness outcomes of our patients through
therapeutic and restorative health practices. Assist patients with
daily activities and mobility to promote independence. Implement
customized care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
Monitor patient health status and report significant changes to the
supervising nurse. Engage patients in exercises and activities
designed to improve their physical and mental health. Maintain
patient records; ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide
comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on health
maintenance and care. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Strong understanding of patient care and hygiene standards.
Ability to perform physical tasks required in the care of the
elderly and disabled. Knowledge of basic health care laws and
regulations. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred. Specialized training
or certification in restorative care is a bonus.
