Job Description:

Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in
the last 12 months. • 3 months of travel experience is required
from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is preferred from
any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a
license (required for submission). • This role may require floating
to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed.
Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. •
No current placement allowed at Program: AHSA Program - UnityPoint
Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Details: Shift & Scheduling: • Weekend Requirements: Weekend call
shared among staff • On Call Requirements: 10-14 days of call per
month, rotating with other team members. Call hours 1530-0700.
Floating Requirements: Days will float. The traveler may be asked
to float within the same discipline across local campuses. 7 days
maximum time off 1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor
reference type) - required for submission Driver’s license required
for submission Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life Support) • RCIS
(Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative
certification CI (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
