Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long Term Care team in providing robust healthcare services aimed at improving holistic health outcomes in underserved communities. This role requires a thorough understanding of nursing care procedures and the unique needs of long-term patients, encompassing the administration of medication, continuous monitoring of patient health, and active participation in patient care planning alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to implement comprehensive care plans for patients. Administer medications and maintain accurate health care records and reports. Monitor resident conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care. Advocate for the health and well-being of patients, ensuring alignment with the center’s mission of serving underserved communities.
