Job Description:

Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing exceptional healthcare services to our underserved communities. We focus on delivering holistic health and wellness outcomes, ensuring each patient receives the comprehensive care they deserve. This role involves direct patient care, case management, and community health initiatives within a supportive and resource-equipped environment. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident needs, standards of care, and practices. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects. Take vital signs and conduct regular patient assessments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care. Educate patients and families on health-related issues. Participate in the development and modification of care plans. Maintain patient health records and report any pertinent changes. Proficiency in managing EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Strong communication skills for discussing health management plans Ability to perform standard nursing procedures Skills in emergency response and patient monitoring Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN or LPN license in the state of employment CPR certified Additional certification in community health nursing is a plus
