established and high-performing Emergency Medicine group is seeking
a Board-Certified or Board-Prepared Emergency Medicine Physician to
join a dynamic team covering four Emergency Department locations,
including: Two freestanding Emergency Rooms One Heart Hospital ER A
main ED located within a Level II Trauma Center Position
Highlights: Join a team of 33 Emergency Medicine Physicians and 5
Advanced Practice Providers Main Emergency Department sees 32,000
annual visits with a 30% admission rate Staffing includes 50 hours
of physician coverage daily 10- and 12-hour shifts, with physicians
working 130 hours (13 shifts) per month Incentive pay available for
additional shifts 20-minute door-to-doctor time and 2-hour average
patient length of stay Patient satisfaction exceeds 90% Emergency
Transport & Coverage: Robust regional support system with
Careflight helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft Serves a large
regional population of 800,000 Compensation & Benefits: Employed
