Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized occupational therapy services in a dynamic school
setting focused on PreK to elementary-aged students. This travel
position is based in Tea, SD, offering the opportunity to work with
an autism caseload while delivering impactful interventions in a
supportive educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to
the needs of students aged PreK to elementary. Implement
evidence-based OT interventions, focusing on fine motor skills,
sensory processing, and functional activities to support academic
participation. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes. Maintain
accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with
school policies and professional standards. Provide guidance and
training to staff regarding OT strategies that support students
with autism. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with
valid credentials to practice in the state. Experience working in
school-based settings, preferably with PreK to elementary-aged
students. Proven ability to manage an autism caseload with
individualized therapeutic approaches. Strong communication and
collaboration skills to work effectively within an educational
team. Position Details: Start Date: ASAP End Date: May 20, 2026
Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours per week across 2 days Location: Tea,
South Dakota Position Type: Travel assignment within a school
