Travel Contract Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 06:30 AM -
07:00 PM, typically 3 shifts per week; every 3rd weekend required;
rotating holidays Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per

Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based med/surg and
post-op oncology nursing care to patients Titrate and manage IV
drips (heparin, lidocaine, TPN) safely and per protocol Monitor
patients on central telemetry and promptly act on clinical changes
Accurately document care in EPIC and maintain clear communication
with the care team Serve as charge nurse or house supervisor when
assigned and coordinate patient flow Deliver patient-centered care
with attention to timeliness and detailed documentation Complete
unit-specific orientation and pass the required competency
assessment during orientation (90% pass threshold) Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license (eligible to work in Nebraska)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience (Med/Surg or Oncology preferred)
BLS (AHA) required Valid driver’s license required at time of
submittal (used to confirm radius rule) Comfort and experience with
EPIC charting Demonstrated ability to titrate drips and manage
infusion therapies Excellent communication skills and a commitment
to accurate documentation Oncology certification is a plus but not
required Education BSN not required; active RN license and required
certifications (BLS) expected Knowledge & Skills Proficient with
EPIC electronic charting Telemetry/central monitoring recognition
and response IV drip titration and infusion management (heparin,
lidocaine, TPN) Strong clinical assessment and patient-centered
care techniques Ability to work efficient 12-hour shifts and adapt
to rotating schedules Clear verbal and written communication with
