Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate and dedicated
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team, promoting
holistic health and wellness in underserved communities. The ideal
candidate will assist in daily patient care, ensuring comfort and
supporting our goal of delivering outstanding healthcare services.
This role requires direct patient interactions within various
settings including patient rooms, communal areas, and during
transport. CNAs at Good Samaritan Health Center play a critical
role in enhancing patient outcomes and maintaining the dignity of
all those we serve. Provide basic patient care under direction of
nursing staff Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing,
grooming, or moving patients, or changing linens Record vital
signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration
rate, as directed Assist nursing staff with the execution of
treatment plans Communicate regularly with nurses regarding
patient's physical and emotional condition Ensure safety and
wellbeing of patients Support patients and their families to
understand conditions and medications Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to work long hours predominantly on
one’s feet Exceptional attention to detail Capacity to handle
medical information discretely Proficiency in handling personal
care tasks with sensitivity Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant
(CNA) certification required CPR/BLS certification preferred
