Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team,
servicing the underserved communities. We focus on providing
holistic health solutions and wellness outcomes, ensuring
high-quality care and support. This role demands compassion,
clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional
patient care tailored to the needs of each individual within our
community. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a
community health setting Assess patient health problems and needs,
and develop nursing care plans Monitor, record, and report symptoms
or changes in patient conditions Administer nursing care to ill,
injured, convalescent, or disabled patients Advise patients on
health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to
other healthcare professionals and services when necessary Maintain
accurate patient records and confidential files Strong clinical
skills in a healthcare setting Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a
team Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Capacity
to handle medical emergencies and provide appropriate care Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid RN or LPN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
