Assistant in Long Term Care, you will have the unique opportunity
to impact the lives of our residents through personalized, holistic
health care. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of
administering daily medications and assisting in the overall
well-being of our residents, ensuring adherence to all regulatory
standards and focusing on the wellness outcomes that define our
mission. Administer medications to residents according to the
prescribed schedule, dosage, and protocols Document all medication
administration accurately and timely Monitor residents for side
effects and overall well-being, and react with appropriate
interventions Communicate with healthcare providers about changes
or concerns related to residents' health Educate residents and
their families on medication and overall health maintenance
Participate in training and professional development activities
Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and safety
requirements Strong knowledge of medication types, interactions,
and administration protocols Ability to adhere to safety and health
guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and precision
Capable of handling sensitive information confidentially Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
State-Certified Medication Assistant certification CPR and First
Aid certification preferred Must pass background check and drug
screening
