outcomes in a supportive and enriching environment. Provide basic
patient care under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such
as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens
Active participation in developing patient healthcare plans
Document or otherwise report observations of patient behavior,
complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses Maintain a clean and
safe environment for patients Support a range of motion exercises
and other rehabilitative measures Assist with patient mobilization
and transportation Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working with limited supervision Ability to perform
physical tasks typically required in healthcare settings Experience
with basic healthcare equipment Skills in emergency responsiveness
