Sanford Health, a leading health system known for its commitment to innovative healthcare across its extensive network, is seeking an Integrated Health Therapist to join our Mental Health Services team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive mental health care integrated with general healthcare services. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient treatment planning and follow-ups, within a diverse patient demographic across various Sanford Health facilities. Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions, developing tailored care plans integrated with overall health goals. Provide therapeutic and crisis intervention services. Collaborate with primary care teams to incorporate mental health care with general health practices. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss patient treatments and outcomes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Expertise in a variety of therapeutic techniques and diagnostic tools Crisis management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent Certified in Mental Health Integration (preferred but not mandatory)
