Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care
(LTC) team. Our facility serves underserved communities,
emphasizing a holistic approach to health and wellness. The ideal
candidate will provide high-quality nursing care tailored to the
individual needs of our residents, support family involvement, and
contribute to the continuous improvement of our healthcare
practices. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
for individual residents. Collaborate with the healthcare team to
optimize resident care and recovery. Administer medications and
document therapeutic effects. Provide timely communication and
education to residents and their families about treatment plans and
health maintenance. Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy
as per HIPAA guidelines. Participate in continuous education and
training to stay current with best practices in nursing care and
long-term care regulations. Strong clinical skills in a long-term
care setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and make sound nursing judgments
Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health

Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of employment CPR
certification Preferred: Certification in Gerontological
