Good Samaritan Health Center invites applications for the position of Registered Nurse (RN) in Long-Term Care (LTC). This pivotal role supports our mission to deliver exceptional and compassionate healthcare tailored to the diverse needs of the communities we serve. As an RN at our facility, you will collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes and foster an environment of care and respect, all while upholding our commitment to holistic health practices. Provide comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care setting. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Supervise nursing staff and assistants. Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams to provide optimal care. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills in a long-term care environment Ability to implement and evaluate patient care plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in managing healthcare records and administering medications Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR certification required Additional certification in gerontological nursing preferred
