Our CNAs play a critical role in providing daily care to patients, supporting our mission to improve holistic health and wellness outcomes. This opportunity allows you to work closely with patients, providing essential support in their healthcare journey, ensuring comfort and delivering the highest quality of care. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients, and changing linens Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as directed by medical or nursing staff Communicate with patients to ascertain feelings or need for assistance or social and emotional support Document or otherwise report observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to perform all physical requirements of the position; including lifting patients or equipment Knowledge of patient care and safety protocols Familiar with medical terminology and documentation procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate CPR certification
