Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is actively seeking a compassionate
and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This
position involves providing top-notch nursing care in a
community-focused environment, delivering health services while
focusing on the holistic well-being of each individual. Our ideal
candidate will have a passion for community health and a strong
commitment to improving lives in underserved populations. As an LPN
at Good Samaritan, you will have the opportunity to work closely
with a team of experienced healthcare professionals to foster a
supportive and healing environment for our patients. Monitoring
patient health and vital signs and providing direct patient care in
a timely and efficient manner. Administering medications and
injections as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Documenting
all patient interactions and treatments accurately in patient
medical records. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments. Providing education
and support to patients and their families regarding health
conditions and treatment plans. Complying with all hospital
policies and procedures, including safety, sanitation, and
infection-control guidelines. Strong practical nursing skills and
comprehensive knowledge of nursing duties. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to respond effectively to
emergencies and manage high-stress situations. Proficient in using
healthcare software for record keeping and documentation. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Active LPN license valid in the state of employment. CPR
certified.
