In this role, you will provide compassionate care and support to elderly patients, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their long-term comfort and health. This position requires local travel to various care facilities within the community, offering a dynamic work environment. Provide daily living assistance to our residents, such as helping with meals, bathing, dressing, and toileting Engage residents in physical and mental exercises prescribed by their doctors Document patient behaviors, complaints, or physical symptoms to nursing staff Assist with the transport of residents within the facility and accompany them to appointments outside the facility Maintain patient privacy and confidential patient information Participate in facility health and safety programs Assist in the adjustment of residents to the care facility and enhance their overall wellness and comfort Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong observational skills Ability to handle physical workload Empathy and the ability to care for the client's social, emotional, and physical needs Good time management skills Ability to follow health and safety guidelines effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required CPR and First Aid certification preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
