medical team? We have a rare opening in our Scheduling Department
and we’re looking for the perfect fit to join our growing team at
Urology Specialists ! This is more than just a job, it’s a chance

a half day off each week Shifts between 8 AM and 5:00 PM, with
early Fridays ending at 4:00 PM No nights, weekends, holidays, or

providers, and local health systems to schedule outpatient
diagnostic and surgical procedures Interpret physician orders and
ensure proper scheduling and documentation Manage insurance
authorizations for surgery, radiology, and medications Communicate
with insurance carriers, referring offices, and internal
departments Help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for every
patient What We’re Looking For: A team player with strong attention
to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to stay
organized in a busy medical environment Healthcare experience
