Job Description Job Description Dental Solutions is a busy and growing professional dental office with an opening for a self-motivated and efficient Treatment Plan Coordinator. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, achievable bonuses, competitive pay, and benefits. Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. Schedule hours are 7:30am-5:15pm. Ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image Must be articulate, detailed and service-oriented Demonstrate excellent communication skills Multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others Able to work with a team with humor, enthusiasm, and professionalism Primary responsibilities include: Answering phones Checking patient’s insurance benefits Treatment planning Checking patients in and out Sending statements Helping throughout the office as needed Preferred Experience: One-year dental front desk experience preferred Eaglesoft knowledge preferred Knowledge of how to obtain insurance breakdowns/eligibility and enter information correctly Basic computer skills Basic understanding of dental procedures Qualified candidate we offer: Hourly rate DOE 4-day work week Retirement plan match after 1 year Dental care Uniform allowance Monthly bonus opportunity A high school diploma is required. Job Requirements Requirements: A high school diploma is required. Dental and Eaglesoft knowledge preferred.
