Responsibilities Provide high-quality speech-language pathology
services across various rural healthcare settings. Evaluate,
diagnose, and treat disorders related to speech, language, voice,
fluency, cognition, and swallowing. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and
established goals. Deliver evidence-based interventions to support
communication and swallowing safety. Document evaluations, progress
notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic
strategies, safety considerations, and home programs. Adapt
smoothly to new clinical environments, interdisciplinary teams, and
patient populations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to
ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Monitor patient
progress and adjust treatment approaches to optimize functional
outcomes. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute
to a positive, supportive team culture. Requirements Master’s
degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited
program (or anticipated degree). Current SLP license (or
eligibility) in at least one state we serve; willingness to obtain
additional state licenses as needed. Strong adaptability and
comfort working in diverse healthcare environments. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and
colleagues. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and
clinical excellence. Interest in rural healthcare and supporting
rehabilitation teams across multiple communities. Willingness to
