care to residents and is accountable for demonstrating the ability
to identify and utilize quality resident care. Observes and reports
symptoms and conditions of residents and administers medications as
prescribed by the resident’s physician. $10,000 Bonus Distribute
medications accurately and safely to residents within required time
frame per physician order. Participate and facilitate in resident
care planning and shift records. Provide treatments as necessary to
