Job Description Job Description $10,000 retention bonus over the course of your first year with us if you are an RN $6,000 retention bonus over the course of your first year with us if you are an LPN Job Title: Charge Nurse Location: Bethany Home Sioux Falls Starting Pay: * LPN starting range $26 - $32 *RN starting range $35 - $41 (Compensation will be determined by our set wage scale based on experience) Shifts Available: 6PM - 6AM. DAILY TASKS: Supervise CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff members in performing cares and administering medicine Chart the progress of residents using PointClickCare Check in with residents and ensure that any major changes in diet/activities/lifestyle is charted and brought to the right people Form relationships with our residents Strive to build a place where residents feel at home REQUIREMENTS Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program.
