The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and comprehensive mental health services as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to holistic care. This role will focus on diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, and contributing to the well-being of the community by providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide psychotherapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor patient progress. Maintain confidential records and adhere to professional standards. Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities. Expertise in various psychotherapeutic techniques and modalities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proficient in electronic health record systems. Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
