Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A certified
Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to support elementary
students in a leave contract position located in Aurora, IL. The
role involves working with students in 2nd through 5th grade,
providing targeted speech and language services throughout the
school day. This opportunity offers a structured schedule with a
focus on delivering impactful therapy within a supportive
educational setting. Responsibilities: Provide individualized
speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 36
elementary students (grades 2-5). Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and staff to implement effective communication strategies
and track student progress. Conduct evaluations, write reports, and
maintain timely documentation in compliance with educational and
state guidelines. Participate in team meetings and contribute to
the overall positive learning environment for students.
Qualifications: Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) license required.
Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred. Strong
communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage a
sizable caseload efficiently. Position Details: Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 4, 2026 Hours: 6.75 hours/day, 33.75 hours/week
