Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult
patients on the progressive care unit (PCU), including monitoring
cardiac and medical conditions. Float across inpatient medical,
telemetry, and rehab units as needed, adapting to varied patient
needs. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to
ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate
documentation and patient management. Demonstrate flexibility in
shift assignments, specifically covering 7 PM to 7 AM hours.
Desired Qualifications: Current RN license with at least 2 years of
strong telemetry experience. Certification in BLS and ACLS
required. Chemo certification a plus, with potential scheduling on
oncology units. Proven ability to work collaboratively and exhibit
compassion in patient care. Flexibility and willingness to float
among units in a supportive team environment. Additional Details:
Unit includes 345 beds with a staff float pool supporting about 80
team members. Patient ratios typically average 1:5 during both day
and night shifts. The setting holds three-time Magnet Designation
