to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Omaha, Nebraska, 68105! Job

Experience: 2 years of prior experience required in a large, urban
hospital License: Registered Nurse License required Certifications:
BLS, ACLS required; NIH and CPI preferred Must-Have: - Clinical
experience with vascular and cardiac patients - Experience with
EPIC charting - Ability to float to meet facility staffing needs
Description: The role involves caring for patients in a fast-paced
specialty medical/surgical unit. RNs will provide care for
cardiovascular patients, including stable heart and lung transplant
recipients and patients with Ventricular Assist Devices. The
patient-to-nurse ratio is generally 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at
night, with a possibility of 1:7 at night in rare circumstances.
There are weekend shift requirements, with a total of 4 weekend
shifts over an 8-week period. The nursing staff is supported by
care teams, including care techs and transport teams, among others.
The facility has a strict policy of being a nicotine-free
environment. Holiday requirements include working 2 out of 3 major
holidays. Travelers are expected to float within their scope of
practice to meet overall staffing needs, which may include various
units. Candidates with prior charge experience will be preferred.
The facility promotes a collaborative environment with
