/ Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Straight Nights. Every other weekend and holiday. JOB PROFILE
SUMMARY The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the
nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning,
implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing
care to patients. *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever
worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with
Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their
submission date.* All clinicians must badge in and out at facility
