Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to be our Director of Rehab. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to collaborate with providers across multiple disciplines. This role involves managing the rehab department, clinical oversight, staff leadership, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Program Development: Creating, implementing, and evaluating effective rehabilitation programs and strategies. Staff Management: Recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and conducting performance reviews for therapists (PT, OT, PTA). Clinical Oversight: Ensuring high standards of patient care, monitoring treatment effectiveness, and incorporating best practices. Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards. Budget & Operations: Managing departmental budgets, resource allocation, and charge capture. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working with doctors, nurses, and other staff to create comprehensive care plans. Patient Advocacy: Focusing on patient needs, progress, and overall satisfaction. Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Current Nebraska state license Strong interpersonal and communication skills NEW GRADS ENCOURAGED!
