Our Estheticians love the opportunity to build a treatment plan for their clients that may incorporate one or more of these progressive treatment options. Pay Range: Up to $80,000 annually (base service commission, upgrade commission, retail commission, 100% of tips, and bonuses available). Variable Pay Model - Our compensation system allows you to earn a competitive base commission for every service while also building your own earning potential through a menu of specialty modalities, upgrades, and add-on services. You determine your own pay during every service. We also have a very high rate of generously tipping clients and pass along 100% of tips to our service providers. What You'll Be Working On: Our estheticians are a critical link to creating an outstanding customer experience. Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge will make you an important part of our team. We book your appointments and provide all supplies so you can focus on the client. Education is a huge focus and is offered on an ongoing basis in person and through Education on Demand platforms. In a typical day, you can expect to: Design specific treatment and at-home plans based on each client's individual needs. Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude. Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of esthetics rooms and common areas. Have an active Nebraska Esthetics license Enjoy working in a sales and goal-focused business model Have great communication skills and connect well with staff and clients Knowledge of various esthetics services and product lines preferred, including LED phototherapy, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microcurrent, Dermalinfusion, Cryotherapy, and more.
