What You’ll Do: Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, personal hygiene) Help with mobility and transfers, with or without adaptive equipment Provide medication reminders Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed Plan, prepare, and serve meals, including kitchen cleanup Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction Carry out all duties outlined in the individualized care plan What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required) A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) with match Dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance options Health insurance (FT only) Employee discounts Paid time off (FT only) Flexible scheduling Professional development assistance Employee assistance program Referral bonuses Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Work Location: In-person, Watertown, SD At Kore Cares, we celebrate diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
