The House Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily
functions of various patient care departments within the hospital.
This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations,
compliance with established policies, and the delivery of
high-quality support services that enhance patient care.
Additionally, the House Supervisor will oversee staff, coordinate
activities, resolve issues as they arise, and foster a safe and
supportive environment. Position Overview: Education: Must be a
graduate from an accredited nursing program. Experience: A minimum
of three years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Licensure: Must hold a current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the
relevant state. Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications are
required prior to the first shift. Preferred Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience:
Five years of nursing experience in a hospital environment is
desirable. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: - Strong leadership
and management capabilities - Proficient in handling high-pressure
situations and making informed decisions - Demonstrated critical
thinking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal
