Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Sioux Falls, SD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,542 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Bipap, Cpap, Heated High Flow, Oxygen titration, Moderate Sedation, Telemetry Description: The role requires fundamental critical care experience in mechanical ventilation. The nursing foundation focuses on safe patient outcomes. Patient diagnoses may include pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, COVID-19, and pulmonary embolism. Clinical skills required include oxygen therapy, intravenous medications, and moderate sedation monitoring. In addition, you'll be responsible for caring for patients with chest tubes, tracheostomies, postoperative needs, and non-invasive ventilation. A diverse patient population offers an exceptional atmosphere for developing nursing skills. The unit comprises a medical-surgical area and a progressive care unit. Nurses are expected to badge in and out of the facility. Scrubs must be navy blue. Documentation will be done using designated electronic systems. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3 in acute care during the day and 1:5-6 during night shifts. All RNs are expected to engage in patient safety and quality care.
