orientation with a minimum score of 90% to remain in position
Description: This position requires working in an emergency room
setting. Candidates must adhere to a radius rule of 50 miles. All
artificial nails are prohibited in patient care departments.
Failure to comply with nail policy may result in termination.
Weekend scheduling includes every third weekend with nights on
Friday and Saturday and days on Saturday and Sunday. Shifts are
available as self-scheduling but are not guaranteed until the
schedule is finalized. Staff may include aids, EMTs, and
paramedics. Phlebotomy services will handle lab draws. Shifts
available are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., 11 a.m. to
11 p.m., 1 p.m. to 1 a.m., 3 p.m. to 3 a.m., and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Rotating holidays are required. No floating between departments is
required. Request for time off should be provided upfront with a
maximum of 7 days per 13-week contract. Additional time off
requests will not be approved after submission. The charting system
used is EPIC. The care setting is acute. This role requires
compliance with trauma level 2 standards. All applicants must
possess current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
