Details - Location: Sioux City, Iowa (51104) - Healthcare Setting:
Labor & Delivery Unit - Assignment Length: 13 weeks (12/15/2025 –
3/16/2026) - Nursing Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night
shifts) - Hours per Week: 36 - Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,200 -
$2,360 - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, including
holiday rotation - Number of Openings: 3 - On-Site Position
Registered Nurse Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of recent Labor &
Delivery RN experience in high-volume (200-300 deliveries/month)
and high-acuity settings - Proven experience with high-risk
deliveries and diverse patient populations - Circulating experience
required; scrub experience preferred - Ability to float to
Post-Partum unit (1-2 shifts per week) - Experience with EPIC STORK
EMR preferred - Active Iowa RN license or compact state nursing
license - Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP,
AWHONN - Proof of taxable address at least 50 miles from facility
required - References and recent skills checklist (within 1 year)
highly preferred Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities - Deliver
comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients in a
high-risk, high-volume healthcare setting - Perform triage and
patient assessments prior to physician arrival; demonstrate strong
clinical judgment and autonomy - Circulate and assist during
deliveries; scrub experience a plus - Float to Post-Partum unit as
needed (1-2 shifts per week) - Collaborate with interdisciplinary
healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes -
Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR - Participate in
