Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 12/01/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech Job Details: • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing professional clinical knowledge and skills in patient care management • May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses • 16-hour NBO (Need By Offer) requirement • Work with EPIC EMR system • Overtime and holiday pay: 1.15x multiplier for holidays, 1.5x multiplier for call back with 2-hour minimum • On-call responsibilities: 0-14 days per month rotating with team members, call hours 15:30-07:00 • Weekend work possible as needed • Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving) • Limited time off requests between November 26-30, 2025 and December 23, 2025-January 2, 2026 • Billable overtime: 36-40 hours/week (OT after 40 hours), 48 hours/week (OT after 48 hours) • At least 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience required • At least 1 travel contract completion required • Must have hospital/medical center experience • Required certifications: RCIS, ARRT, BLS (AHA) • Iowa state license required • Must have taxable address at least 50 miles from facility (local travelers not accepted) Facility: This regional medical center is part of a comprehensive healthcare system that provides advanced cardiac care services including a state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory.
