Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a
high-volume Labor & Delivery position requiring strong clinical
skills and high-risk experience. Responsibilities - Work in a busy
Labor & Delivery unit with 160-180 deliveries per month - High-risk
patient population with large numbers of non-English speaking
patients - Nurses perform significant triage and assessments due to
limited on-site physician presence - Epic EMR system is used -
Circulating experience required; scrub experience is an asset -
Nurses are responsible for triaging and assessing patients prior to
physician involvement - Must be able to provide quality care for
high-acuity, high-risk deliveries - Winter holiday coverage
requires working 2 of 3 holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or
Thanksgiving - Only 1 day off may be requested between
11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 - Must provide references if
not already on file during onboarding Requirements - Active IA or
compact RN license required at time of consideration - Current BLS
(AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, and AWHONN certifications required -
Minimum 2 years recent L&D experience required - High-risk
Labor & Delivery experience required - Must have experience within
the past year at high-volume delivery centers (200-300
deliveries/month preferred) - Epic Stork experience preferred -
Multiple completed travel contracts encouraged Benefits - High Pay
