Job Description:
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking LPNs or Licensed
Practical Nurses for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha metro

& Rehab Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour. Additional
certifications/education could qualify for a higher wage. Schedule:
Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN options available. 6am-6pm OR 6pm-6am

Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to
maintain/increase elders’ physical/mental wellbeing. • Responsible
for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures
are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders. • Monitors
guests for changes in condition and coordinates care with
physicians. • Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as
the resident’s condition or plan of care changes and completes an
admission care plan in a timely manner. • Completes prescribed
treatments and ensures medication is administered timely, in
private, and per facility procedure. What do I need to be

Respectful). • An active RN/LPN license in the state of Nebraska
