Overview: Trauma Level: I Type of Facility: Home Health and Hospice
Care Provider Bed-Size: 545 Job Responsibilities: Administering
medications, monitoring patient vitals, and assisting with
therapeutic treatments. Coordinating care plans with staff and
managing patient records. Assisting patients with daily needs, like
bathing, dressing, and feeding. Providing education and emotional

Requirements Requirements: Active South Dakota RN License or
Compact License Active BLS, ACLS required Minimum 2 years of
