Pay Range: The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual
pay rate dependent upon experience. $24.00 - $33.25 Position

understand problems, use healthy coping skills and set and complete
goals. You will enjoy this Behavioral Health setting if you are
Nurse that: Enjoys working with children ages 5 to 12 years old and
adolescent ages 13 to 17 years old as well as their families. Has a
passion helping patients with conditions such as Addiction, Anxiety
Disorders, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and Depression
or Suicidal behavior. Appreciates an active, challenging care
environment that requires critical thinking. Values autonomous
professional nursing practice. Possesses motivation to help create
and deliver high-quality patient care in an energizing team
environment. Position Highlights: Adolescent program is expanding
to 40 unit Child unit is a 14 bed unit Adolescent Residential is a
8 bed unit Opportunity to meet 70 coworkers Opportunity to change
lives of both Adolescent and Children 1 LPN for 7-8 patient ratio
Self-scheduling program Day/Evening/Night Shift, e/o wknd/hol;

and our patients. Work where you matter. A Brief Overview The LPN
practices under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced
practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other health care
provider. The LPN organizes and directs those aspects of care for
which he/she is accountable; communicating and coordinating care
with well-defined nursing diagnoses, including all health team
members. What you will do Collects data and conducts a focused
nursing assessment of the health status of a patient. Participates
with other health care providers in the development and
modification of the patient-centered health care plan. Implements
nursing interventions within a patient-centered health care plan.
Assists in the evaluation of responses to interventions. Provides
for the maintenance of safe and effective nursing care rendered
directly or indirectly. Advocates for the best interest of the
patient. Communicates and collaborates with patients and members of
the health care team. Assists with health counseling and teaching.
Delegates and assigns nursing interventions to implement the plan
of care. Essential Qualifications The individual must be able to
work the hours specified. To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential job function
satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform
position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with
others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds.
